How long does it takes to the provider  to arrive to my location? ¿Cuánto tarda el proveedor en llegar a mi ubicación?

You can request a services with the following 3 options

"Now" : Now bookings are meant to book services where the provider should be available in 30 - 60 mins
"Later"Later bookings are meant to book services where the provider is required to be available at a particular date and time
"Repeat"subscribe to service that are needed on multiple days for a selected duration

Podrás solicitar un servicio con las siguientes 3 opciones:
1. Ahora: son servicios inmediatos en los que el proveedor debe estar disponible entre 30 y 60 minutos.
2. Mas tarde: son reservas para días siguientes, se debe tener en cuenta que, si el proveedor no está disponible el día y a la hora que requiera, no se podrá reservar el servicio.
3. Repetir: son servicios que se realizan de manera frecuente o repetitiva, es decir, usted podrá programar el mismo servicio para varios días de la semana.

2. wallet payments: simply add balance to your wallet, just go to your menu then click on wallet, then click on ad balance, pre paid your future services with Ulti
3. cash, if it's convenient for you just pay in cash, when the provider will raise the invoice you will the the total of the payment.

In the case the service provider never arrives
in the case you get a totally different service of what your requested
if the provider cancel the service prior to the service time
in the case the provider arrives significantly late

What happen if the provider cancels? ¿Qué sucede si el proveedor cancela?

If the provider cancel the service Ulti will assing another service professional, you will be notify on a push notification who will be the next available tasker.

if there is not an available provider to take your service, you can  get a full refund

Si el proveedor cancela el servicio, Ulti le asignará otro profesional, seguido de esto, se le notificará quién será el próximo proveedor disponible.
Si no hay un proveedor disponible para tomar su servicio, se le reembolsará el dinero.
